My approach with my customers has always been to put myself in their place and make sure that no matter what we are discussing, they understand the requests, the reasons and the results.    More then simply disseminating the facts & figures, I want them to be comfortable with the process, and know that I am approachable with any question.  Let’s face it, mortgages can be confusing and intimidating.   My goal is to make it look easy as I manage and coordinate the multiple facets of today’s mortgage environment.

My personal approach is to educate my borrowers as we move along and encourage an interactive relationship.  By the time their loan is closed they should clearly have a better understanding and be comfortable with the financial side of home ownership.  My strong people skills & trouble shooting abilities set me apart from the competition and that translates to a growing list of satisfied customers.
